DR. SYLVIA BELL Veterinarian, BVSc, MACVc

Sylvia has been the mainstay of Papatoetoe East Veterinary Clinic for the last 8 years and has recently become a managing director. Sylvia has a strong interest in continuing education and completed her membership exams for the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in 2004 in Internal Medicine. She is also very actively involved in the wider veterinary community.

She Lives with her partner Glen and her three cats Carol, Dougal and Gary. Carol has just started on our Body Fit program in an effort to lose weight!

DR. CRAIG HUNGER Veterinarian, BVSc

Craig has been working at Papatoetoe East Veterinary Clinic for 5 years. He graduated from Massey in 1998. His special interests are surgery and dentistry. He lives in Beachlands with his partner Krista and his two cats, Gabby and Dexter.

DR. TANYA PAGE  Veterinarian, BVSc

Tanya graduated as a veterinarian from Massey University in 2001. She has worked as a small animal veterinarian both in New Zealand (Hamilton and Auckland) and in the UK.

She is now happily settled back in Auckland, this being her 4th year working at Papatoetoe East. She lives with her husband (also a veterinarian) and her two beautiful Siamese/Ragdoll cross cats, Maddie and Jack.

DR. REBECCA EDWARDS  Veterinarian, BVSc

Rebecca came to us straight out of vet school having graduated in 2008. She has enthusiastically become a member of the team and enjoys all areas of small animal medicine and surgery. Recently she has become engaged to her partner, James after a weeks holiday in Paris!!

MICHELLE DELAHUNTY Veterinary Nurse, CVN

Michelle is our most experienced veterinary nurse having worked at this clinic for the last 7 years. She graduated in Veterinary Nursing from Otago University. She is the Team leader of the clinic and a very important member of staff, overseeing all the other veterinary nurses and also a large part of clinic life.

She lives with her husband, Brett and their three gorgeous male cats. Hunter is a grey fluffy puss, Edward, a crazy Oriental and Wickett, a ginger and white boy that has recently decided to move in with the Delahunty family.

STEPHANIE KEYS Veterinary Nurse, CVN

Stephanie is the first of our fantastic group of Vet Nurse Plus graduates who came to work with us straight after her graduation in 2005. Her bubbly personality and postive outlook has made her an asset to the team. Stephanie has recently displayed her artistic flair by beautifully painting murals on the inside walls of the Pet Doctors Cattery at Chapel Road.

KIRSTY MOSTERT Veterinary Nurse, CVN

Kirsty has been with the team for 2 years having graduated from Vet Nurse Plus in 2007. She is head of the weight management programme here at the clinic, and has helped lots of our patients get back into shape with her helpful advice and enthusiasm.

Kirsty's caring nature has led her to save a few homeless kittens which we often find abandoned at the clinic. Pee-Wee, her current puss, was a tiny kitten left in a bucket at our South Auckland hospital. Kirsty hand raised him and he is now a permanent fixture at her place.

MORGAN SANFORD  Veterinary Nurse, CVN

Morgan has fitted wonderfully into our team, having graduated from the Vet Nurse Plus course in December 2008. She has a large family of animals at home including 5 cats, an old deaf Dalmation, her 25 year old Arab X pony and soon to include a lizard! Morgan is an absolute cat lover having hand raised numerous kittens and inherited some cats from other family members. She works as a volunteer for St John and her interests include ballroom and Latin American dancing. Morgan loves to do cat grooms!
